The client initially ordered a high-capacity, 400–500kg/h automatic biscuit production line designed for their brand-new factory. However, shortly after the initial design was confirmed, the project encountered two significant hurdles: severely limited workshop space and an exceptionally urgent delivery schedule.
The factory’s available footprint could not accommodate a standard linear layout. Furthermore, the client requested a significantly shortened lead time to align with their planned production launch. Recognizing the high stakes for the client’s business, our team took immediate action to turn these challenges into a showcase of engineering flexibility.

Engineering Excellence: Redesigning for Efficiency
Our engineering department conducted an exhaustive study of the client’s factory layout drawings to redesign the entire production configuration. Key adjustments included:
- Optimized Equipment Placement: We reconfigured the positioning of essential machinery, specifically the cream sandwiching and packaging units, to fit the restricted space while ensuring a smooth, logical workflow.
- Modular Integration: By shortening non-critical sections and integrating compact, high-efficiency modules, we ensured the line maintained its full production capacity despite the physical constraints.
- Maintaining Capacity: These spatial optimizations were achieved without compromising the core requirement of a 400–500kg/h output.

Bridging the Time Zone Gap
To facilitate these rapid changes, our team overcame the significant time difference between China and Ecuador. For several consecutive nights, our staff voluntarily worked late into the evening to maintain real-time communication. We shared updated 2D and 3D technical drawings, patiently explaining every equipment adjustment and technical refinement to ensure the client felt confident and fully aligned with the progress.
